Today, Sandeep leads GenEng Foundry, an independent exploration lab dedicated to the two major shift in human leverage: Agentic AI and Longevity.
He moves beyond the hype with hands on building and investigation of how autonomous software can take meaningful action and how biology can be optimized as hardware. By applying engineering principles to these emerging fields, he builds the frameworks that make the “future” actionable today.

Sandeep’s foundation is built on the grit of early-stage creation. He started in the silicon at Intel, designing microprocessors and the world’s first wearable server for Intel Research.
- Botmetrics (Co-founder): Identified a gap in the early chatbot ecosystem, built the conversational analytics platform, and led the company from inception to acquisition.
- Yelp: Scaled the transaction platform to high availability, and turned an early-stage pilot into a material revenue driver.
- Nitrous.IO & Envoy: Drove early growth and partnerships for these category-defining companies in DevOps and Business Services (backed by Bessemer and A16Z).

As an executive leader, Sandeep specializes in navigating cross-functional complexity to deliver global impact.
- Google (Director of Product): Led the “Better Together” portfolio for Android. He set the strategy to unify the Android ecosystem, delivering features that earned CES and MWC (GLOMO) acclaim.
- LG Electronics (VP of R&D): Founded an Venture Studio within LG where he pioneered a hypothesis-driven framework that identified multiple new business opportunities in Smart Home, Automotive, and Bio-Sensing, earning the LG CEO Gold Star Award.
